- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service. This company does not understand nor take responsibility for their mistakes and makes the customer feel at fault for everything. Literally the worst credit union I have ever had. A transaction was holding on my account and when the hold dropped off the money never was refunded back (the order was cancelled and still we never got our money back) because they state it was never taken from me. I have evidence on my end that the money should be REFUNDED back to me and they refuse to give it back. Would give 0 stars if that was a possibility. Their last response was to contact a different branch. I got the same answer from every person at every level that I spoke to.By Heidi Hale, July 25, 2017
