  I love this branch, staff is awesome and very knowledgeable. I have all of my business with them from checking to home equity line of credit. Love Shawn, Michelle, Jon, and Justin, they are great!

  Nightmare. I went in to get a name change and they said they reissued my cards. Almost a month later and I have received someone else's card and STILL don't have mine. I have spent almost two hours on the phone now with different departments and can't figure it out. FINALLY I called a different brand right up the road and Alex (a banker) was able to assist me and says he's going to take care of it all. WOW huge mistake going to the "bank" in Albertsons. Take the extra trip to go into a legitimate branch.

  These people have the patience of a saint I lost a twenty filled bill 3 blocks east of there when I surprisingly found it lying on the ground I rushed back and deposited it in my account they were very courtious
