- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The women I dealt with was less than helpful and did absolutely nothing to try to make my situation any better. Customer service is a definite no here and I would reccomend ANYONE else. Fed ex never treats me poorly or ignores my issue. I called customer service and the lady I talked to over the phone was a million times more helpful and actually treated me like a person. My packages were damaged and not handled properly. This was not some cheap order and they didn't care at all about what was in the boxes delivered. UPS is horrible and I truly hope I never have to deal with them with anything I ship out or have delivered.By S Pearl, August 13, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have never had worse service. I paid for 2 items to be returned to the manufacturer as required. UPS damaged the items during shipping and they were refused.
