  My leased ended in May 2017 and will never rent another house if Pro Core is the Property Management company. The deposit for the rental was already higher than average. If you ever try to contact them about anything, they will not answer your call or emails. Also, they will not return your calls or emails. We've been trying to get our deposit back or at least check on how our final walk through went, and we can't get in touch with them; it's been months. They are impossible to get in touch with. They are totally ignoring us! This is an extremely frustrating company to work with. I would highly recommend never renting a house that uses this company as the property management service.

  I had a bad experience with this property management (Carrie) and at the end she passed on my case to Tressa and I neve heard back from them. For a whole week they kept asking me for this and that (paperwork) and I responded accordingly to finally wait and end up with nothing. They chose to give the apartment to someone else when we applied first and they were pulling the wrong background records and denying our applications and therefore I had to get the right and updated paperwork to prove procore property management staff they were denying us wrongfully and pulling someone elses records. They kept changing things up everytime she said everything looks good now, but yet something new came up everytime. I feel they did not want to rent to us cause we were latinos or we were a gay couple and for a whole week they dragged us along and in the end they never helped us out and kept coming up with excuses as to why we didnt get the apartment we wanted. Also they never answer their phones and want to do everything via email. In all I would not recommend this management business. As of yesterday we applied for an apartment and late afternoon we had answer-WE GOT THE APARTMENT IN LESS THAN ONE DAY.
