  Let's just say my experience on July 11th and July 10th of trying to deposit my check (that I've done for years) was so horrendous, that even though I've banked with Key about 13 years we are considering moving our personal and business accounts. Aside from the awful customer service and lack of problem solving (or care) to take it a step further, I truly feel Jaime (pronounced high-may) hates women or hates his job. I've never been treated so horrible by a banker (flat out mean, like he wanted me out of the bank) and will be escalating to Mr. Sanchez regional leader. Most likely will close our accounts, which bums me out. If you must bank with Key, the Milwaukee branch treats customers like humans and makes an effort to problem solve.

  This is one of the best banks and customer service branches that I have ever had. I opened my accounts earlier this year. Having 2 checking and a Key Investment account. I now live in Arizona, where at the present time have no Key Banks, but I continue to use the branch in Meridian, ID. I know all the employees on a first name basis as they do me. Highly recommend this branch for anyone needing full service banking.

  Stood waiting for 3-4 minutes with no one in front of me while a manager and teller chatted. I recently had back surgery so any standing is painful, and this seemed so unnecessary. Their priorities seem out of whack! Was given a dirty look by the manager-type as she passed me. I would heartily suggest going to the Fairview branch, where I usually go. Customer service is a far higher priority, and the manager (Monty) often greets me, smiles, and chats me up. He makes me feel important, which is the complete opposite of what I felt today.
